13th-month pay = each employee's total basic pay earned for the year, less tardy/undertime, ÷ 12. Pull in the saved payroll records and/or upload the payroll Excel sheets (web-app or old desktop — same MAIN sheet). OJT is excluded, pay before each person's date hired is dropped, and resigned employees are left out (their 13th month goes with their last pay). Every basic-pay cell is editable — fix any value that didn't carry over cleanly. Click a name for the per-cutoff breakdown.
Saved on this computer. The PDF makes one page per employee — table of each cutoff's basic pay, tardy/UT and net, then the total ÷ 12.

Per cutoff: BASIC PAY (days × daily rate) minus the Tardy/UT amount — excludes overtime, holiday premiums, night differential and allowances; full-day absences already lower the basic. Only the primary row per person is read (the “previous rate / adjustment” rows below are ignored, so basic isn't double-counted) — use the editable cells for anything that needs correcting. Edits are kept on this computer until you Clear.
