Every employee and their full history on one screen — years run across, compare straight down each column. Use the Years buttons to hide older years; new years appear on their own as raises are added. Click a name to edit it or add a raise (adding a raise in a new year creates that column). Figures are the monthly rate. Type codes: R regularization · WI wage increase · SI salary increase · P promotion. A red dot = below the new minimum, orange just above it. † next to a daily rate = managerial basis (monthly ÷ the actual working days this month, not the 313 factor).
Give a raise to many people at once. See each person's current pay and when they last got one, set the new pay, and apply to everyone in one go.
Set the new daily minimum per region. In the list below, red = would earn below it, orange = a teammate catches up/passes. The fix buttons create WI (wage-increase) raises — use the Effective date above, then Apply.
Last raise = when each person's current pay took effect. Anyone raised in the last 3 months is tagged recent so you don't double-raise them. Only rows where you enter a new pay are changed; everyone else is left as-is. Type codes: R regularization · WI wage increase · SI salary increase · P promotion.
Employees who have resigned — kept for records but removed from the Masterlist and payroll. Set someone to "Resigning" (they stay on the Masterlist, tagged pink) until their last day, then mark them "Resigned" here.
To move a current employee here: click their name on the Masterlist → set Status = Resigned → add their resignation date → Save.
